Att. Emine NAZLI

Att. Emine NAZLI was born on 18.05.1969 in Bursa. After graduating from İstanbul University Law Faculty Ms. Nazlı started her internship as a legal practitioner in 1990.

Ms. Nazlı has been registered in İstanbul Bar Association after completing her internship on 13.02.1992 under registartion number 17876 and practised on Commercial cases in law offices for 1 year. Ms. Nazlı carved out a career as a self-employed lawyer in areas commercial cases, law of banking and unfair competition in her law firm.

In the year 1997 Ms. Nazlı obtained certifications as being a Trademark and Patent representative and founded the company Marmara Patent Ltd. Co. and has been carrying out the General Manager position of this Firm since this date. As a natural consequence Ms. Nazlı has been one of the leading legists in the sector having proficiency in the area of intellectual property as unfair competition, trademark and patent law.

Ms. Nazlı assumed the tittle of European Patent attorney before European Patent Office in the year 2000 and has been to England to have language practice in Aspect İnternational Language Academies in 2002.

Our founder Ms Nazlı is performing legal consultancy in the area of evaluation and commercialization of the commercial value of the patents and trademarks.

Regarding to her professional life as a lawyer and patent attorney, Ms Nazlı has memberships in İstanbul Bar Association, Patent Lawyers Association (PEM), License Manager Association (LES) and supervisory boards.

Ms Nazlı is also providing legal assistance in her professional areas as a court expert in İstanbul Court and has attended several seminars and symposiums as legal speechmaker. Ms Nazlı has also appeared as a guest in informative and educatory television and radio shows regarding to her proficiency and still providing consultancy in bank portals that render service to SME with her professional legist identity. Ms Nazlı has cooperation with many national and international corporation and organizations and has several published articles in their publications.
